Fifteen minutes should be a real break

A shift worker’s break is short. Spending it staring at an empty coffee carafe or a cooler with two warm sodas left is a fast way to sink morale on the floor. Stockton Commercial Cleaning runs the breakroom supply job for you. We do the buying, haul it in, load the cooler and shelves and leave the room ready for the next crew through the door.

It is its own service. Book it on its own, or add it to your cleaning visits with us.

One breakroom or several

Many Stockton teams work in smaller offices, clinics, shops and plants with one modest breakroom apiece, and for them a reliable restock replaces somebody’s weekly store run.

Distribution and food plants are the other end of the scale: a big crew room near the dock, a smaller kitchen up front for the office, sometimes a third room for drivers. Offices in business parks often run a kitchen on every floor. Each room gets its own order, and all of them run on one schedule.

Building your order

Setup starts on site with your point of contact. We check the current buying habits, which items sell out by midweek, which boxes gather dust and the handful of favorites the team would miss. A dock crew finishing a hot afternoon wants different things than a front office does, so the order covers both.

Dietary notes go into the order on day one. Tell us about gluten-free, low-sugar, vegetarian, halal or nut-free needs, and we buy to those notes alongside everything else.

You set the monthly spend. Purchases stay inside it, your contact approves changes to the order, and anything that would push past the limit is cleared with them first.

Items in a typical order

  • Coffee station: ground coffee, pods, tea, hot cocoa, creamer and sugar
  • Cooler: bottled water, sports drinks, sparkling water and soda
  • Snacks: chips, nuts, jerky, granola bars, crackers, candy and fresh fruit
  • Serving: cups, plates, utensils and napkins

What a restock visit looks like

Visits are timed to your shifts and to how fast the shelves clear. On each one we rotate older stock to the front, pull anything close to its date, refill the coffee station, put drinks in the cooler so they are cold by break time, fill the snack bins and cabinets and take the empty cartons with us.

Leaving the room in order

We close out each stop by resetting the room: counters and tabletops wiped down, mugs cleared out of the sink, the coffee corner put back in order and a pass through the fridge to toss leftovers by whatever rule your site follows. The next crew walks into a room that feels looked after.

Fitting it to your cleaning

In buildings on our office cleaning schedule, the restock can follow the night crew so the room is clean and full when the day starts. Around-the-clock sites often want the restock just before shift change; our shift-change guide walks through the timing. Appliance fronts, the microwave interior and the kitchen floor are covered by your cleaning visits.

The breakroom sink needs towels and soap too. Those ride on our janitorial supplies plan, and a single crew visit can take care of both jobs.

Good fits for the service

The service suits crew rooms at warehouses and plants, office and multi-tenant kitchens, shared kitchens at coworking spaces, staff lounges at clinics and back rooms at stores. It earns its keep where no one has the hours to shop, or where a company wants every breakroom stocked to the same standard.

How it is priced

Groceries are billed within your monthly limit. The service itself is priced on headcount, how many breakrooms we stock, how often we visit, the grade of coffee and snacks you pick and how much tidying each visit includes.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Will the overnight crew find a stocked room too?

Yes. We schedule each restock against your shift calendar, so the overnight crew finds the same full room the day crew does.

Our cleaning is done by another company. Can we still book this?

Yes. Pantry restocking stands on its own and works next to whatever cleaning arrangement you already have.

Do you buy to our dietary notes?

Yes. The dietary notes you give us at setup become part of the order, and we buy to them on every shopping trip.

Can one order cover a dock breakroom and an office kitchen?

Yes. Each room keeps its own order, and we restock all of them on one schedule.

How do we change the order between visits?

Your contact can add, drop or swap items, or raise or lower the monthly limit, and the change appears on the next restock.
